We offer a selection of slow cooked meats that can be served as a buffet, platter or on plates. Below are popular choices -
BBQ pulled pork (slow cooked pork marinated in our homemade BBQ sauce)

Maple BBQ chicken (steamed chicken breast marinated in our homemade maple BBQ sauce)

Dry rub brisket (can be spicy or more smokey)

We usually provide these as starter at weddings however, can be individually plated or as part of a buffet.

Antipasti with a Scottish twist (selection of cured meats, hot smoked salmon, oak cured venison, haggis balls, olives, feta, mozzarella, basil leaves and rustic bread) along with a selection of dips
Mini savoury platter - Selection of mini bites - mini pies (cold), scotch eggs, cold cut meats and salad selection
Salad platter - A selection of salads (mediterranean, bacon and black pudding, chicken caesar, green leaf etc.) served with rustic bread, dressings and sauces.
Paté platter - Selection of patés (chicken liver, smoked salmon, liver and mushroom etc.) served with mini oatcakes/rustic toast and homemade chutney.
Mini BBQ platter - Selection of BBQ meats served with salads, dressing and sauces.
Ploughman's platter - Large selection of traditional menu items associated with the ploughmans lunch
Dish platters - We can provide traditional dishes to more exotic dishes. We can discuss these if you are interested.
Sides - we have an array of sides that can be served alongside the main food choice, this can be discussed on enquiry.
Salads - We can provide and array of different salad accompaniments to suit the main choice.
Hot sides - Again, we would look at your main before offering options for hot sides eg. baby BBQ potatoes, sauteed potatoes, potato wedges, sweet potato wedges, jacket potatoes, BBQ corn, asparagus, roasted veg platter etc.
Dessert - We can provide traditional desserts such as sticky toffee pudding, tiffin bakes, tarts, a selection of cheese cakes, chocolate fudge cake, pavlova, Eton mess etc. If you have a specific desire for dessert, as long as it is within our means, we will provide it for you.
Extras - We always provide a selection of sauces/dressing which are suited to your food choice, these are usually included in the costings.
Tea and coffee - We can either serve tea and coffee with the dessert and/or set up a coffee station for folk to help themselves
